Stephen T. Sinatra (MD, 1946–2022) was a board-certified cardiologist and pioneer in integrative cardiology who combined conventional medicine with nutrition and lifestyle therapies. He developed the concept of metabolic cardiology using nutrients to support heart energy. He was author of "The Sinatra Solution" and "Lower Your Blood Pressure in Eight Weeks," and co-author of "The Great Cholesterol Myth," "Earthing," and "L-Carnitine and the Heart," all focused on natural cardiovascular healing.
