How To Make

  1. Preheat the oven: Set it to 170°C (345°F) and let it fully heat.

  2. Mix the base: In a medium bowl, whisk together the egg and powdered erythritol until smooth.

  3. Add remaining ingredients: Stir in melted butter, then mix in the rest to form a smooth batter.

  4. Prepare the dish: Grease a 10cm round dish and pour in the batter.
