  • 80 ml [1/3 cup] Almond Milk

  • 5g [1 Teaspoon] Baking Powder

  • 1g Himalayan Salt

How To Make

  1. Preheat the oven: Set it to 180°C (355°F) and line a baking dish with parchment or grease it lightly.

  2. Melt the chocolate mix: In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil, dark chocolate, and erythritol over low heat, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.

  3. Combine wet ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together almond milk and eggs, then slowly stir in the cooled chocolate mixture.

  4. Add dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet mix to form a smooth batter.

  5. Stir in walnuts: Fold in the chopped walnuts until evenly spread throughout.

  6. Bake the cake: Pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35–40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the chocolate walnut cake.
