How To Make
Preheat the oven: Set it to 180°C (355°F) and line a baking dish with parchment or grease it lightly.
Melt the chocolate mix: In a small saucepan, melt the coconut oil, dark chocolate, and erythritol over low heat, stirring until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
Combine wet ingredients: In a bowl, whisk together almond milk and eggs, then slowly stir in the cooled chocolate mixture.
Add dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix oat flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Gradually combine with the wet mix to form a smooth batter.
