How To Make

  1. Preheat the oven: Set it to 180°C (355°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Make the dough: In a large bowl, combine butter, almond flour, spice mix, egg whites, erythritol, and almond milk. Knead by hand until a soft dough forms.

  3. Divide and shape: Cut the dough into four equal sections. Roll each into a log about 4 cm thick, then slice each into 13 pieces.

  4. Form the kruidnoten: Shape each piece into a small ball and arrange them on the baking sheet.

  5. Bake and rest: Bake for 18 minutes. Then turn off the oven, crack the door open, and let them sit inside for 15 more minutes to firm up.
