  • 1 1/2 cups [150g] Oats

  • 1 Tablespoon [10g] Blanched Almonds

  • 1/2 Teaspoon [2g] Baking Soda

  • 1 Teaspoon [15g] Honey

  • 50g Blueberries

How To Make

  1. Preheat the oven: Set it to 180°C (355°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Make oat flour: Blend 1 cup of oats in a food processor or blender until finely ground.

  3. Chop the almonds: Roughly chop the blanched almonds into small bits.

  4. Mix the dough: In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Add honey, chopped almonds, oat flour, remaining whole oats, baking soda, and blueberries. Stir until everything is well combined.

  5. Shape the cookies: Form 10 cookies from the dough and place them on the lined baking sheet.

  6. Bake: Bake for 15 minutes, or until golden on top.
