"Bibhitaki" (Terminalia bellirica) is a fruit long valued in Ayurveda for its cleansing and balancing effects on digestion and the respiratory system. Rich in tannins, lignans, and gallic acid, it provides antioxidant activity, supports regular elimination, and helps maintain cholesterol balance. Traditionally used to reduce excess mucus and improve metabolic function, bibhitaki has a long history as a restorative herb.
